  • 1kg pumkin, diced
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 300g brown sugar
  • 1 lemon

Preparation

Step 1

Put the pumpking in a big pot with the sugar and let sit ovenight.

Step 2

Then add the lemon and cinnamon and cook for about 1 hour, then blend with a hand blender.

Step 3

While still hot, transfer it into clean glass jars, close the lid tight and turn them upside down. Wrap the jars in some towels and let cool undisturbed for a day.
