  • 4 slices of bread ( white or wholemeal)
  • 25g butter
  • 75g cooked Chicken
  • 50g cooked diced carrot
  • 2 tablespoon curry paste
  • 50g grated cheddar cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Mix chicken, cheese, carrot and curry paste together
Butter the bread

Step 2

Divide the curry chicken mixture into 2 portion. Place one portion on the unbuttered side of the bread. Sandwich with the other slice of bread, with the butter side up. Repeat with the
other sandwich.

Step 3

Pre heat the sandwich grill. Place the sandwiches on the grill. Cover and toast for 2-3 minutes until the sandwiches are hot and golden brown on the outside. Serve with mixed salad.
