Ingredients
- Just roll puff pastry sheet (or make your own)
- 5-6 Eggs
- cheese
- bacon (or any other meat i.e chicken or ham)
- mushrooms (optional)
- leeks/spring onions (optional).
- you will also need a set of disposable foil dishes.

Preparation
Step 1
set 6-7 foil dishes down on a baking tray. then pre-heat the oven to 200 oc.
Step 2
get the puff pastry sheet and divide into 6 even squares.
Step 3
take one square and place it in the lightly press down on the pastry and and make sure it covers the edges.
Step 4
get a small sharp knife and slice off any exess pastry and keep safe for later. repeat with the over 5 dishes.
Step 5
all the exess pastry must now be rolled our to create a seventh dish. if there is not enough pastry, dispose of the exess.
Step 6
whisk up 6-7 eggs and add grated cheese. also add and other ingredients.
Step 7
pour evenly into the cases.
this can also be made as a large dish too.
