Filo parcels with vegetables and bacon

Ingredients

  • 120 g smoked bacon, cut into thick cubes
  • 250 g cep mushrooms
  • 200 g button mushrooms
  • 1 white onion, chopped
  • 1 potato
  • 1 courgette
  • 4 sheets of filo pastry
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 50g melted butter
  • 5 cl of oil,
  • salt and pepper
  • A few chives

Preparation

Step 1

Slice up the mushrooms into cubes.
Cook them separately in a pan with garlic and parsley.
Slice the courgettes into thin strips and the potato into cubes. Fry them separately in a pan.
Brown the slice onion in a little butter.

Step 2

Fry the bacon a little, then add the mushrooms, onion, courgette and potatoes altogether and season.

Step 3

Coat the filo pastry strips with a little melted butter. On a baking tray, place a sheet of pastry, spoon a quarter of the vegetable and bacon mix in the middle and close the parcel by bunching the the edges together and tie up with a stick of chive.
Repeat for each parcel.

Step 4

Bake 8 minutes in a preheated oven at 190 ° C. Serve hot.
